The name of the project comes from the name of the city district, where the reconstructed building is situated. The project was in progress from 15.6.2017 until 15.9.2017 and our workers were reconstructing south side of the building. There was needed around 900 m² of scaffold.
The main task was replacement of the wet isolation in this flathouse. At first, the old facade with old isolation was demolated and subsequently, the new one was built. During demolation our workers found out the original facade had been made wrong. Therefore, isolation was damaged faster. There is used fiberglass isolation in Sweden. Working procedure is: the original brick facade is conserved, then the fiberglass isolation is made. At the end, the workers make new brick facade to save original swedish architecture style.
